We all experience difficulties that can affect our relationships, personal wellbeing and emotional health from time to time. Our Adolescent Family Counseling Team and Residential Wellbeing Service are qualified and experienced counselors who can provide a safe space for you talk things out, make sense of some of your experiences and work with you to develop some ideas about moving forward. All of our therapeutic services are free and confidential.

Adolescent Family Counseling Service:
This service is available to young people aged 12- 18 years old, their parents and their families. We are able to work with young people alone, with parents alone, or with parents and young people together, it's up to you. Some of the reasons you might see one our adolescent family counselors include family conflict, building healthy relationships, difficulties at school, sexual identity, parenting challenges, coping with divorce, separation, death or other loss, and a wide range of other issues.

If we aren’t able to answer please leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as possible. After hours or offsite appointments are also available by arrangement. Residential Wellbeing Service:
This service is available to people accessing our crisis accommodation services at Betty’s Place Women’s Refuge and Broughton House Youth Refuge. Our specialist Wellbeing Worker provides emotional support during and after your stay in our accommodation services and has particular focus on working through some of the feelings or trauma associated with your situation. The Wellbeing Worker will work in partnership with you, your case manager and other staff as you move towards your goals and aspirations.
