Community Rehabilitation:
is available to people of all ages and provides an interdisciplinary rehabilitation service for people who are frail, disabled, chronically ill or recovering from traumatic injury or illness. Service provided at centre or in people's homes.

Cardiac Rehabilitation:
provides a comprehensive service for people recovering from heart attack or heart surgery.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation:
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a mainstream and essential component in the management of people with chronic respiratory disease. It aims to assist people to function as well as possible.

Upper Limb Clinic:
The Upper Limb and Hand Clinic provides assessment of hand/upper limb problems and develops a short term individualised therapy program.

Continence Services:
management and advice for problems with bladder and bowel control, catheter management, product information and advice.

No Falls Program:
this is a group exercise and falls prevention education program. It aims to improve participants leg strength, balance and home safety and to facilitate better management of falls risk factors and fear of falling.

Post Acute Care (PAC):
This program aims to assist people discharged from a public hospital, including emergency departments, who have been assessed as requiring short-term community based supports two assist them to recuperate in the community and to ensure a safe and timely discharge.

Health Promotion:
Programs/activities that aim to prevent illness and promote good health outcomes through primary prevention. Services are delivered both within Wodonga REgional Health Service and in the Wodonga community

Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP) - Chronic Disease Management:
manages people with chronic diseases (heart, respiratory, diabetes) and complex needs who frequently use hospitals or are at risk of hospitalisation.

Diabetes Education:
Provides 1:1 consultation, group education and self management programs for people with diabetes.

Dietetics/Nutrition:
1:1 and group services to people with diverse nutrition needs.

Physiotherapy:
services including hydrotherapy are provided in our Community Health (outpatient), HACC (aged and disabled), Rehabilitation and Continence programs.

Podiatry:
for high risk, disadvantaged, frail aged and disabled clients.

Speech Pathology:
Adult and paediatric service (0-6 years) with focus on communication and/or swallowing difficulties.

Occupational Therapy:
Occupational Therapy services are provided in our HACC (aged and disabled) and Rehabilitation programs, both at the centre and in people's homes.
