South West Tenants Advice

Provides free and confidential advice and assistance to tenants in private rental and public housing, residents of caravans and mobile homes on permanent sites, people with disabilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and others. Provides advice on issues such as:
- starting a tenancy
- getting arrears and increases
- bond money
- privacy rights
- ending a tenancy
